Kevin
Kevin's journey to the farm has been long and winding. He spent a couple of years living in Athens, TN while working for a construction company. Once that job ended, the company moved him and his wife, Amanda, to Louisiana. While in Louisiana, they had a son, Tyler, who is the newest farmhand!
After spending a couple of years in Louisiana, Kevin and Amanda became restless and moved back to Tennessee. Kevin found another job in Nashville and Amanda found a job teaching in the Nashville school system. They have two wonderful children.. Tyler and Kaylin.
After moving back to Tennessee, Kevin became interested in the farm and helps out whenever he can. He comes back to the farm several times throughout the spring and fall hay seasons to help drive tractors, drive trucks, load hay, and anything else that is needed.
Kevin's expertise is with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping of city features and utilities. Cross Brothers Enterprises, LLC is using his expertise to help with overall farm planning and mapping of our farms. This allows us to see drainage problems on the property, natural breaks for fencing, and pasture/paddock layout.
